Terms and Conditions
The ShipAssure program is governed by the following stipulations:
1. Consignments must be booked through the application or the web platform.
2. Only domestic consignments qualify for the ShipAssure program.
3. Coverage under the ShipAssure program is limited to shipments booked under the PREMIUM service for designated origin and destination pincodes.
4. Only consignments that have not been successfully delivered to the destination within the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) due to factors attributable to the Company will be eligible for a refund under the ShipAssure program.
5. Customers will receive proactive notifications if their shipment is eligible for a refund. If such notification is not received within three working days following the EDD, customers may initiate a claim under ShipAssure by contacting us at +91-8929869688, emailing customersupport@dtdc.com, or raising a Service Query within seven working days from the shipment delivery date, providing the consignment number (AWB).
6. We have retains the right to withdraw, amend, or modify the offer at any time. Additionally, we reserves the right to specify reasons for the non-application of the money-back guarantee. The company's decision regarding the money-back will be final and binding.
7. Customers are not permitted to authorize any third party to submit claims on their behalf or to assign claims to any other party.
8. All other provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Carriage apply.
9. The Guarantee is subject to modification or cancellation by company at any time.
